Variations for the Wavelengths of Life
Kim’s sculptural forms, made of Korean paper, are lucid, radiant, and warm. Expanded objects traversing between painting and sculpture, Kim’s works rejuvenate our fatigued five senses and bring moments of purification and healing to our souls and minds.
In the solo exhibition Variations for the Wavelengths of Life, Kim will present new works specially reserved for this exhibition at Opera Gallery. Consisting of around thirty works furthering the research on her ongoing series Contemplation and Bloom, the show features an unprecedented ensemble. We are incredibly honored to be the first to present this new chapter of her oeuvre.
